Another Springtime; another bubbly release!
After an amazing first event where we took some time to learn about viticulture in Greece, we're getting our hands dirty back in our own beautiful, young, and growing wine region, the North Fork!
Our good friends at Polenas Farm have kindly opened up their venue for an unforgettable spring event. After catering our last event, we were begging for more from their farm!
As always, bring your questions and your appetites! We will be releasing 2023's exclusive Sparkling Rosé, as well as offering a tasting of our new experimental 2023 Vedejo!
We'll take you back into the vineyard and behind the barrel as we demonstrate the way we take care of our shoots and flowers this time of year, discuss grapevine identification (ampelography) and the effect of temperature in the winery!
