Polenas Farm was established in 2014. It first began on a small plot of land in Andes, NY. We later moved to a location featuring a milder climate and more fertile soil, in Greenport, NY where we currently operate. Our mission is to engage in sustainable and conscious practices that mutually benefit the earth and its inhabitants.
